Primero. Ordenar a la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional que los nombres del accionante de la sentencia T-364 de 2003, sean suprimidos de toda publicacion actual y futura del fallo.
Segundo. Ordenar a la Relatoria de la Corte Constitucional que en la pagina Web de la Corte Constitucional se reemplace la version actual de la sentencia T-364 de 2003, por la que resulte de suprimir los nombres y datos que permitan identificar al peticionario.
Tercero. Por intermedio de la Secretaria General, ordenar al Juzgado
Quinto. Civil del Circuito de Cartagena, despacho que profirio el fallo de unica instancia en el proceso de tutela instaurada por el peticionario contra el Instituto de Seguro Social, que se encargue de salvaguardar su intimidad, manteniendo la reserva sobre el expediente.
